REV. SUZELLE LYNCH
Minister

Suzelle Lynch began her ministry at UUCW
in August 2003. Prior to her appointment at UUCW
she was the Minister at Kitsap Unitarian Universalist Fellowship
in Bremerton, WA from 1995 during which time the Fellowship
doubled in membership, grew to two Sunday services, increased
staff, expanded the physical plant, created an Endowment Fund,
created a caring network of neighborhood-based groups, and
distinguished itself in the local community for leadership
in human rights and social justice. Suzelle is an accomplished
activist, artist, and advocate in addition to her ministerial
successes.

MARIA O'CONNOR
Director of Religious Education
 |
UUCW
has a very large, energetic, creative, and successful religious
education program. The program is led by Maria O'Connor, our
full-time Director of Religious Education and the Religious
Education Committee. Maria holds a Master of Arts degree from
Syracuse University in Religious Studies, a Master of Spiritual
Psychology Certificate, and has been trained as a Spiritual
Director. She has served UUCW
as Director of Religious Education since 1997.

RUBEN PIIRAINEN
Director of Music
 |
Ruben Piirainen has been on the music staff at UUCW
since August 2003. He has earned degrees in piano performance
from the Conservatory of Music at Lawrence University and
Bowling Green State University. He has appeared in more than
100 recitals across the country and made his international
debut at the 2003 Edinburgh Festival in Scotland. He is a
member of the Unitarian
Universalist Musicians Network and is a charter candidate
for the Certification Program for Music Leaders in Unitarian
Universalist Congregations sponsored by the UUMN and UUA.
Ruben is also an active freelance musician in the Milwaukee
area and can be found on some week days maintaining a web
site for a large downtown Milwaukee corporation. He lives
in Bay View with his partner.

MAGGIE LEY
Church Administrator
 |
Maggie Ley came to UUCW in June of 2007, bringing over 25
years of experience in managing offices, from law firms to investment
firms as an Administrator or Director. She has an undergraduate
degree in English and a master’s in business with a concentration
in Human Resources. She keeps the business of the church running
smoothly by overseeing financial management, external communications,
human resources, managing the facilities and providing organizational
leadership. She lives in Mequon with her husband. |
BECKY ROLLI
Administrative Assistant
 |
Becky Rolli is the Administrative Assistant for UUCW.
She manages our main office and keeps many of our administrative
systems running smoothly. She's the person to speak with if
you need to schedule meeting room space and can help find
answers to nearly any question related to our operations.
She is resourceful, welcoming, organized, and caring. Becky
lives in New Berlin with her husband and four children.

KELLY BOGNAR
Religious Education Program Assistant
 |
Kelly is UUCW's Religious Education Program Assistant. She
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Stevens Point in
Communication. Each week she keeps the religious education instructors
well supplied with their lesson materials. She also schedules
the use of any audio, visual or computer equipement. She lives
in Muskego with her husband and five sons. She is in the office
on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. |
ALEX KREGER
Accompanist
 |
Alex is a senior at Brookfield East High School. He is the
main service accompanist about once a month and works with the
children's musical groups. Skilled in both classical and jazz
piano, Alex is also a composer and has had an original composition
performed at Carnegie Hall. Alex has been on the music staff
since August 2005. |
